Rentals and additional expenses

• Rent in summer from CHF 490 per week, 70 CHF per day
• Rent in winter form CHF 700 per week, 100 CHF per day

Conditions of rental

• In the main seasons in summer and all wintertime the chalet can be rented only on a weekly basis, starting always on Saturday until Saturday.
• During off-season please ask us. We will arrange short-term stays for you.

Additional expenses

• Optional Cleaning for up to 6 persons CHF 180 (mandatory in Winter Season)
• Linen and towels per person CHF 18
• Cost for electricity, depends of the time of year from CHF 70 to CHF 200 per week
• 7th or  8th person  per week: CHF 80 each, children under 6 for free
• Visitor’s tax per day: Adults 4,80 CHF, Children form 6-16 years old 2,40 CHF, Children 0-5 years free
• In summer time you need permission to drive up to the chalet (CHF 30 per week).
• In wintertime you can take the cable car from Wiler to the Lauchernalp. Your luggage can be transported by the snow-bully (around CHF 30).

You have to make a deposit of 25% of the rent when you sign the contract. The final payment has to be done 6 weeks before the rental starts. The costs of utilities will be paid with the final bill.
